Shipping Overview

RV Solar Connections offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on orders over $99 (see exclusions below). Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at 1-720-594-5272.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

 

Continental U.S.
Ground:  2-5 business days. Flat Rate shipping is available for orders under $99. Free shipping is available for orders above $99 (see exclusions below).

All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. 

Free Shipping Exclusions

Freight: Solar Panels larger than 200 watts and packages heavier than 150lbs must be shipped by freight and do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that return orders by freight will have a $500 charge for delivery and return transportation ($250 each way).

Other freight delivery charges are listed below:

Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 – $280.
Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50.
Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 – $300).

Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico
Yes, RV Solar Connections can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages, but there is typically a surcharge. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please give our sales team a call at 1-720-248-8075.

 

International
We currently do not offer shipping services outside the United States of America.

Refund & Return Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Custom wiring diagrams
• Downloadable software products
• Consultation or contracted tech support
• Made to order products (including Lithionics products)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rvsolarconnections.com.

Sale items

If approved for refund, sale items will be refunded for the price they were sold for at time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@rvsolarconnections.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
